How to set up your mail account on Outlook Express using your
new email address:

STEP 1
Open Outlook Express >Go to Tools > Accounts....

STEP 2
Click on the Mail Tab > Go to ADD> Click on Mail...
OR if you are just changing information Click on the Properties Button Instead
and skip to STEP 8.

STEP 3
Fill in your name as you would like to see it in the "From" of your emails.

STEP 4
Email Address: is your new email address that I sent you, type it in full.

STEP 5

My incoming mail server is a POP3 server
Incoming mail: is always: mail.(whateveryouraddressis).(com,net)
Outgoing mail: smtp.emailsrvr.com
 

STEP 6

Account Name: This HAS to be your FULL COMPLETE email address. Not just the first part.
Password: Whatever was assigned.

STEP 7
Click Finished

STEP 8
Now click on the Mail Tab again > Properties
and check the box under  Outgoing Mail Server, > My server requires authentication.
Click OK.
* (If you are having trouble with your outgoing mail, you may have to replace this with whatever
your current ISP conection is with. For example: gismtp.kdsi.net)

STEP 9

Highlight your new account name and click on the "Properties" Button on the Right.
Click on the "General" Tab. Change the name of your Mail Account.
Fill in your Reply address as the same as your email address.

STEP 10

Now Click on the "Advanced" Tab.
Type in the 587 in the Out going server (SMTP) box.
Click OK > Next> Finished
